Local Pie Bluffton

Whenever I visit my family, I always make sure to stop by this place for Sunday brunch! The breakfast pizzas never disappoint - they are always fantastic! Rating: Food 5, Service 5, Atmosphere 5.

The restaurant in Bluffton is pretty good overall. It's not easy to find places open on Sundays, but we were happy to discover this one. We usually visit many restaurants in downtown Bluffton, but somehow missed this one, probably because pizza isn't typically a strong suit in South Carolina. However, I was pleasantly surprised by my Baller pizza. I even added fresh mushrooms, which made a difference from the usual canned ones. The crust was tasty and didn't have that cardboard or frozen taste that some other places have. Three people in our group ordered calzones, but one of them had a cold center, which was a disappointment. Stick with the pizza instead. The service was good, but they could use a bit more cooling in the restaurant. It felt just as hot as sitting outside, but noisier. I would give the pizza and service a 4 out of 5, but the ambience a 3 out of 5.

It has an OK vibe. Service wasn’t the greatest, but the food fixed it. For drinks, I ordered the Bluffton Bramble and my spouse ordered the Local Rita. Both really refreshing. Pizza was good too. We had The Baller and we enjoyed it. Meal type: Lunch

The $16 pizza was smaller than a Papa John's large. The margherita pizza was quite delicious, although they topped it with cloves instead of basil, which was unusual. The bartender appeared disinterested in tending to the bar and others had to bring my food to me. Perhaps Sunday afternoons are not the best time to visit this restaurant for dine-in service.
