Red Lobster Port Richey

We had a large family dinner and were very impressed with the fantastic food!

Well, just not a good exercise. table and chairs so dirty. my grilled garnels were still translucent and no grill marks at all. server was great for triple seed. the whole place only needs a heavy clean and disinfection requirement.

I had a great experience at Red Lobster. The ambiance was clean and modern. Both the food and service were excellent. I'm likely to return in the future!

The host canceled my open table reservation at the arrival. if it wasn't for the bartender bonnie who went out of her to make the dinge better, I would have left. I sat in the bar area. bonnie was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. food proportions on crab alfredo, which have been getting for years, are much smaller and they have even taken away the side salad, for an increased price.

The service was extremely slow, even though the restaurant wasn't very crowded. It took over five minutes for someone to come to our table, and it turned out to be a server instead of the hostess. I mentioned my OpenTable priority seating, and she finally took us to our table. However, I received a notification stating that I hadn't honored my reservation, which could negatively impact my account, and I had to provide proof that I actually dined there. Fortunately, I had checked in on Yelp. While Robin did her best to take care of us, the overall experience was disappointing.
