Chuck's Roadhouse Grill Port Perry

I tried their cheeseburger for the first time, complete with all the toppings, along with some fries and an 18oz beer. The burger was really delicious!

A group of four of us chose to dine at Chuck's after we were disappointed by a nearby casino restaurant, and it turned out to be a fantastic decision. Our waitress was exceptional—she offered great recommendations and was both friendly and attentive. The food was delicious; the porterhouse steak was cooked to perfection, the chicken Parmesan was flavorful, and the Caesar salad was classic and just right. The appetizers, including the spinach and cheese dip and nachos, were generously portioned, allowing all of us to enjoy them.

The service was excellent, and the atmosphere of the place is quite nice with plenty of seating available. I was recommended Chuck's and told to try their burger. Unfortunately, it was overcooked and tough, resembling a hockey puck, so I wouldn't order it again. On the bright side, the fries were really tasty, and the roast beef sandwich was enjoyable as well. The ribs were average, but the chicken club sandwich was good. They do add a 3% "honest fee" to each item, which I found a bit frustrating; I would prefer if it were simply included in the total, as it makes it harder to see what things actually cost. There is a wide selection of drinks available. Overall, I likely won't be coming back to any Chuck's location, as my experience was just average and nothing really stood out.

Food was alright, got the surf and turf for $25 and although the lobster was delicious, my medium rare steak was pretty chewy. That said, the prices are great for what it is! Service was great, waitress was super friendly, and the atmosphere was good too ? Overall good experience.

Portions were small but it was good got the only vegetarian burger available, our server was an older woman with a big attitude many people noticed it. Seemed she cheered up at the end probably for tips. they also put dressing on my salad when i asked for none. I’m not one to leave a negative review but I felt very embarrassed ordering from her felt she was judging everything I said.
