Sakeya Sushi - Port Moody

First time visit. We chose all you can eat sushi lunch. It is expensive $30/person); and there are some restrictions but it was SO YuMMy!! We ate all we could eat Service was outstanding!! Our server was attentive and very polite. Decor was OK; for a very tiny place but the open storage shelves with boxes on display affected the atmosphere.

Sakeya appears to do extensive takeout sushi business and I can see why, I tried the oshi aburi negitoro sushi and the Victoria roll (yam tempura and avocado) and both were very good. The bento box dinner was a good value but the teriyaki chicken was just ok, same for the tofu teriyaki. We ate in and the service was terrific, our waitress was very friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is casual.

Some of the worst sushi I've ever had. Not fresh. Smells bad. Even the Seaweed and rice taste bad.

Found hidden gem in Port moody. Had all you can sushi for lunch and really enjoyed with various rolls. definitely wanna come back again!! Yummmmmm

Great place, great service and love the food here. It's reasonable price. Love ordering my go-to rolls. Rainbow and salmon cream cheese roll. Will try more on the menu!
