Sandeannie's Bakery and Tea Room

Stopped in for lunch on our way out of Cape Breton. Was quiet inside. Friendly staff. Ordered at cash with table service to follow. I had a breakfast plate, she had a sandwich. Both were absolutely delicious, and came out as fast as possible. Will...definitely return my next time through.

We stopped in during our trip to Port Hood for some baked goods and loved the flakey cakes! They were fresh and tasted so good that we returned the next day to get more! Peanut butter balls were large and very good as well!

Stoped in for brunch with my family, we had small children with us. The place was small, cluttered with pig statues, wasn't too busy when we stopped in but we were still waiting over minutes for meals. we got regular breakfasts...and a kids meal for the kids to split. when our meals arrived we got served with burnt toast, bacon and over cooked eggs. They advertised that skirlie came with the breakfasts but still charged us extra for it. In our opinion it wasn't worth the stop and we should of went somewhere else for food. I would not recommend it.. Maybe we should of chose another day.

Breakfast was great! Homemade,toasted bread, eggs, sausage, home fries, and breakfast, oatmeal pudding! Fresh coffee, and friendly, quick service!

They advertise home cooked menu but everything seems to be processed or out of a package. I think the only thing made from scratch is most of their baking.
