Although I frequent this place, it's clear the staff is overwhelmed. Management really needs to hire more employees during busy hours. Even adding a runner to help with food delivery and keeping the tables clean would make a significant difference.
The staff are incredibly rude, they don't know how to handle the drive-thru properly, and my order is consistently wrong, regardless of how simple it is.
The food was served hot, and the coffee was just right! Everyone here is extremely polite, which is something you don’t often see in service staff these days.
Always time, I go to this mcdonal it is a problem with my order, if there are young people on shift there lazy and have hired bout their order, if there is wrong if I have no salt, that means no salt on my pommes I think they need to ask coworkers more in interview because I think they like the job if they don't then find them a job they are satisfied with.
Management and the accoiates need training. They are extremely slow with drive through and front counter. They are not warm and welcoming. The place is always dirty. I've witnessed managers and other employees walk past trash and not pick it up. I didn't take pictures because I didn't want confrontation.
