Two pizzas ordered. keep the half full to time. was an estimate of 10 minutes. here we are 35 minutes later. still waiting. if they qant to do everything in port douglas go somewhere that worth their time

Pasta bolognese had no meat. a bit like rest of the day before. children pasta was cold. meal times where the price is not worth. friendly staff, but would not go there.

I was really disappointed with my meal. The pizza was ridiculously small, and the pasta seemed like it had been boiled in cold water, as it was excessively long and unappealing. Observing the disgusted reactions of other customers really made me lose hope even before my food arrived. If you're considering Italian, skip this place and head to Coles instead. You can get 500 grams of spaghetti and make a decent meal for just $8, rather than spending $50 here.

Absolutely awful! Our pizzas were tiny and nearly $25 each! The pasta portions were also very small and didn't taste good at all. Overall, it's overpriced and I am extremely disappointed.

Pasta Co. Port Douglas is not suitable for a location like this, nor should it be serving food meant for human consumption. The service is among the worst I've experienced in Australia. The staff are rude, incompetent, and seem genuinely indifferent to providing decent food or even a basic dining experience. It’s simply unacceptable and should be completely avoided. Instead, I recommend heading to Bel Cibo up the road.
