However, when I tried to place the same order again, the girl told me I couldn't because those deals were only available online, and that they didn't have any promotions for in-person orders. It’s really disappointing. I decided to take my business elsewhere and spent my money at another place. Papa John's, you need to do better. This shouldn’t have happened, and it seems like you’re losing customers because of it. Please get your staff on the same page!

My phone order wasn’t in the system when I arrived to pick it up. The employees' attire was unprofessional, with one in particular wearing a dirty, ripped sleeveless shirt with no collar. The front desk staff struggled to operate the machine, repeatedly tapping the screen with their finger. Overall, the place was very dirty and in poor condition. It really should be shut down. I will NEVER order from there or return again.
We scheduled an order at 5:30pm to be delivered at 7:15pm. The order never arrived: we called at 8:15 to ask about the status, and were told the pizzas were now on the way. At 8:30, the general manager, Leslie, called and apologized, saying that the orderhad never gone out and that staffing has been an issue following Hurricane Ian. She refunded our money, remade the pizzas, andhad the food in our hands 20 minutes later. This review was initially going to be 1 star, but Leslie turned it around to be 5stars. Truly excellent customer service.
It took 10 years for me to try again and I never will again. Horrible customer service from the manager and the GM. Food took an hour and half to get to us. About an hour of that time was after we received a text that it was in the car on its way. We weregiven different stories about why it was late, one of which being they grabbed the wrong order and had to come back. Food waslukewarm and disgusting. They refuse to give me my money back.
