I want to compliment Scott at the Port Charlotte location. I accidentally picked up the wrong to go lunch. I didn't realize that until I got to my destination. I called to let them know what happened. Scott was so gracious and said they would take care of it. Asked if I wanted to pick up my order later. When I went in, Scott replaced my entire order. Excellent customer service.
Is it normal that Panera stops serving food 30 minutes before closing?

We frequent this store when in Florida, however the customer service this am was horrid. The lady that took our order was not a happy personShe was borderline rude. I ordered a small black British tea and her response was oh you want British breakfast, cold or hot we have both. She never said good morning, can I help or smiled. Not my issue if she was having a lousy day. Then the hot water carafe was being refilled which I didn't know. So I went to the register to ask if someone could get me some hot water and an employee comes out before I could ask and said it will be out. She then proceeded to fill someone else's order and left me waiting. Finally she returns with the hot water carafe and very rudely drops it in place and slams the cover down and walks away. So loud my husband heard it on the otherside of the room. Someone needs to speak with the front end people and explain their issues are not the customers. Otherwise customers will go somewhere else. . I also heard them treat other customers the same way
