The sign in the window reads: "Try our world-famous homemade cookies and gravy." While I can't confirm if they're truly world-famous, I can say that the cookies and gravy are definitely worth a visit. The gravy is a delicious, nutty brown and features a generous amount of ground sausage. However, the real highlight of the dish is the biscuits. Fluffy and perfectly baked, they far surpass any bland offerings you might find at other breakfast spots. Just a heads up—arrive early, as they often sell out!

We have visited several times and absolutely love dining here. My daily favorite is the biscuits and gravy—it's something you have to try because words can't capture how delicious it is. The food is made fresh, which is a rarity these days.

The dining experience was fantastic. The cookies and gravy were just as delicious as I described, and the eggs and bacon were prepared perfectly to my liking. My grandmother ordered the spinach and cheddar quiche and raved about how delicious it was. The roasted fresh banana bread that came with it was a delightful extra touch. They've now found their go-to breakfast spot and can stop searching.

I had them the most perfect hamburger of my life here!. was perfectly cooked, bungalow was noticeably soft and fresh, I ordered with salat, tomato, pickles, wobble, ketchup, senf, mayonnaise and no cheese.

I had the opportunity to visit for the 1st time yesterday morning and wanted to take a moment to review. I saw a recommendation to try this place for breakfast and was intrigued by so many comments on the biscuits and gravy. I am absolutely in agreement that they are excellent! Not sweet. A little spicy. Perfect sausage gravy!I have to also note that my basted eggs were cooked to perfection also and this is a very difficult thing for most people to do.Atmosphere was as if you walked into a riverside restaurant with no frills. Extremely laid back and they even had a black and white episode of Leave it to Beaver playing on the t.v.Service is friendly and the food is excellent.If your in the area, stop in and treat yourself to a real home cooked breakfast.
