Mcdonald's - Port Charlotte

Kudos to the manager who brought us up (This is the McDonald 's right next to KFC). Seriously, you can say that this guy literally LOVES his job, he actually listens to his customers!!!

Yesterday evening my stepson broke into his truck at this McDonald's and what would have turned a 2-hour repair into a nightmare headache I was extremely impressed by the customer service and friendliness of management and staff in the store has both made them happy and fed in a situation that went into a very stressful night with a little kindness a long way, I would like to thank you McDonald's and I am very impressed

Clean, comfortable, modern. Self-serving kiosks. Immediate service. Wonderful employees deliver correct orders from hot and delicious food. The determination of correct drive-thru entrances and the regular shutdown of Rt. 41 is a little tricky. Overall, very satisfied with my experience!

Great service. They treat you like a royalty here. You have updated an item that was not in stock on a mobile order. Picture of a double quarter pound burger deluxe, yum.

I think this McDonald's is the best I have ever been to. They got my order right, the food was hot, and my order was prepared quickly. The drive-thru is also fast. I am very pleased with this McDonald's.
