Mcdonald's - Port Charlotte

The dining experience at this restaurant is quick and enjoyable, however, the employees could use an adjustment in their attitude. I had requested for light ice in my drink, as last time I had asked for it I received a cup filled mostly with ice and only a few sips of sweet tea. The employee's response to me was quite rude, blaming it on the machine. It's not difficult to fulfill a simple request and it's not hard to communicate politely to the customers.

Place was clean and service was on point! Traveling with the family and dragging the boat so was no way. Went in ordered and was on the street in a flash. Order was right, service was very friendly and efficient.

They were one of the first to reopen after Hurricane Ian. A hot cheeseburger tasted good right then. Typically fast service, even when they're busy.

I was so disgusted by the presentation of this sandwich that I couldn’t even eat it. I threw it in the trash. Not to mention it was cold!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Every time I come here they mess up my order. I usually just take it and go but today I decided to go inside and let them know in a polite manner and the girl at the register was nice but the manager was not. She basically didn't want to help and had an attitude. Will not be going back to this McDonald's. Thank you have a nice day.
