Longhorn Steakhouse - Port Charlotte

Ordered my steak medium and received a chewy piece of meat that was charred and cooked well done. I could barely cut it. Sent it back and got a wonderful juicy steak cooked right. Man to the left and lady to the right of me also sent their steaks back for being cooked incorrectly so I guess chef had a bad day or maybe someone new. Salad and bread were delicious and waiter was nice. We'll give them another shot.

To be brief, stellar in every aspect. Friendly professional staff/servers, restaurant is very clean and well-appointed, and the meal was excellent. Bravo...we'll be back, again again!

Had been in the port charlotte position today. the girl that sat us seemed upset. but our server, kelly, was great. she was personal and professional. she made us welcome and the food was great.

A reasonable culinary experience. Thursday evening, no reservations for a working group of 4. it was quite busy, but we sat immediately. our server was very fast, but definitiw seemed to have too many tasks for a person. the food was good. corn was a little bit more charred than expected, but still tasty.

Amazing! waitress marika was the best we had in a LONG time! she was extremely attentive, fast, but also took her time, very nice, she never had to ask about everything she had on it, and her attitude was great! eating was fantastic! chefs kissing? many thanks for a great experience! will soon be right again! to the manager, great work at her personal and keep restaurant clean, organized and all around great service!
