However, we were met with an atmosphere reminiscent of a school cafeteria, which was quite disappointing. We were tired and hungry after a long journey, so we reluctantly ordered a small pizza and drinks from an indifferent and somewhat rude employee. We noticed that the restaurant advertised being licensed, but were informed that they only had boxed wine when we requested a glass, so we settled for soft drinks instead. While waiting for our food, we observed the lack of proper hygiene practices by the employee, who was coughing and sneezing. When our food was ready, it was unceremoniously placed on the counter without any customer service etiquette. Despite our hesitations, we decided to give the pizza a try, and while it wasn't the worst we've had, it certainly wasn't the best either. To top it off, we later discovered that the soft drink we had purchased was expired. Overall, our experience at this restaurant was incredibly disappointing and we felt that even a local truck stop would have provided better service. We do not recommend dining here.
The restaurant has a third-world street eatery decor and the service is similar to uninterested government workers. It is advisable to order your food without hassle and avoid entering the kitchen. The pizza and pasta were surprisingly good, despite the unappealing appearance. It is recommended to call and place your order for pick-up instead of dining in at Vince's Dial-A-Pizza.
Ordered 2 family pizzas with the lot and Danny's volcano for a hot one. Now my uncle and I like chili and we can handle hot, I know it's a pretty subjective statement, but we can! Well, this pizza brought tears to our eyes and freed our sins and we loved it! It was by far the hottest pizza we ever had. The ones with the game were fine, but it was this hot pizza that we will remember and recommend, and if we ever come again, we will be sure to visit again. Well done guys!!!
The pizzas were loaded with toppings and served piping hot. They made for a satisfying breakfast the next day! The garlic bread was also delicious.
Worst service ever went because they advertise as a licenced resturant. Its not no bar and drinks in the fridge were flat and out of date. Ordered 3 pizzas and a pasta got pizza half hr later waiting for pasta asked once twice and the...third time over an hr later after everyone had finished their pizza was told sorry it was forgort. They dont even use fresh mushrooms most of the toppings were from a tin. Very disappointed ended up getting a refund and heading to macas across the road.
