Ordered takeaway for the night, as we thought it would just be easy as we had to travel down for a funeral, purchased a few whiting and crumbed prawns and chips for three, ended up paying $85, have had this at other Barnacle Bills and never paid this sort of price before

I have never ever heard of frozen oysters and I certainly was not going to try them today. Overpriced seafood and tired salads.

Service was great and friendly ... and fast. Was quite busy on a Sunday night. Calamari was cooked perfect, chips were crunchy and the chickettes are great value (you'll be surprised at the size). Good value, great service and delicious.

My 12-year old son chose this place because he wanted prawns with chips. I had low expectations. However, the staff person was exceptionally friendly and had no issues with grilling me a piece of shnapper with no batter. The meals were generous and reasonably priced for a fast food take-out or dine-in place. Very happy with full tummies.
