Max Bowl Port Arthur

Had my daughter's birthday party here and they had issues getting our lanes going. eventually said the lanes we were on were broke and changed us to different lanes. didn't bring the food or drinks till about 30 minutes before the party ended saying they were backed up but individual people from the party were able to go get pitchers of soda and food with no issues. the didn't give us the cards for the kids to do arcade games till over an hour into the party. all in all everything was a mess and they were not prepared for the party. Will never have another party here.

I have an ADA Service dog and was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. Well run establishment.

The bowling was a lot of fun, but the woman who assisted us was very rude. Marcy had a really negative attitude and failed to inform us that we had purchased an hour of bowling instead of a single game. She yelled at me, insisting she had clearly mentioned an hour. Her handling of the situation could have been much better. We ended up purchasing an additional 30 minutes, but they weren't able to recover our game, so we decided to let it go. Perhaps she was having a rough day, but her behavior really spoiled our experience.

Awesome bowling alleys, perfect for birthday celebrations, a wide variety of video games, and a complete bar!

It was a wonderful experience overall. The host was very accommodating, and everything went smoothly. However, my only complaint is that the bowling game was timed by the hour rather than by the number of games played.
