Chick-fil-a - Port Arthur

Absolutely the best chicken sandwiches from a fast food restaurant. If you don't agree and Jesus can dig it out. The chicken of the gentlemen is a holy treasure. These juicy chicken patties with a hint of dill give me the taste I never knew I needed. Not to mention the selection of sauces that can meet everyone's needs from ranch to Mustard all over the world with some polynese sauce. You must love it. Except Sunday. These days I must be enough for fewer options. He's not gonna let me get confused. I'll appreciate you forever Chick-Fil-A.

The food was small for the price, they did not offer a larger drink for the combo(automatically came with a small)we would have got large if we had known and we were missing the sauce we asked for. but the customer service was excellent.

Long wait, but over all the food was great. I picked up my meal in the drive thru. Asked for wheat toasted bread. They forgot to get me the wheat bread. But I didn?t notice until I got home. Still enjoyed my meal though.

We visited the Port Arthur location tonight and the service we received was horrible. We were asked to pull forward to wait for our food. Once the food was delivered to us we noticed the fries were soggy and the four spicy chickens were old. We immediately returned the food and asked for fresh food and we explained we didn?t mind waiting. We were obviously put on the back burner because we had to wait almost 20 minutes or so for our food. I called the manager and she said she was waiting for our food to cook because she was getting us fresh food. I explained that she served almost 10 cars already and we still have not received our food. She then brings us the food. The food was not fresh, again. The manager gave us a brief apology and two coupons only to give us old food again. We are not pleased at all of the level of service received. Chick Fil-A is known for their top notch customer service. Tonight we were highly disappointed. Our experience was TERRIBLE!!!

Those juicy chicken patties with a hint of dill give me the flavor I never knew I needed. Not to mention they got the sauce selection that can meet anyone's needs from Ranch to Mustard to around the world with some Polynesian sauce. You got to love it. Except for on Sundays. Those days I have to suffice for lesser options. That one draw back wont make me stray. I will forever cherish you Chick-Fil-A.
