I come here almost every morning and I’m always met with excellent customer service and I’m always satisfied with my order, and even if there is a time where I’m not, they are always super helpful with assisting me with something that I might actually enjoy. Exceptional customer service!!!
Have gone consistently here on my way to work for the past year. Each time it has been disastrous (despite ordering ahead with the app as well) because employees 1. Never answer to take an order, even after waiting 15-20 minutes with no line! 2. When there is no line, making the smoothie takes an additional 10 minutes at least and 3. Can never make the smoothies consistently, one of which had added Peanut butter that could have been much worse had anyone ordering had an allergy!Management has been alerted and while they are nice and try to fix things, the consistently bad service and wrong orders is too much to recommend this location to anyone else!
Horrible I went in today for a PB swizzle bowl and was asked to pull up after the lady in drive thru screamed for bananas saying she had 5 bowls to make so we pulled up only for them to bring out a bowl that’s halfway filled after 10 mins 4 bananas 4 blueberries and 5 strawberries with a drop of peanut butter I get bowls 3 times a week no way has it ever looked this way … asked for a refund and cashier got upset ! More training needs to happen !
Walked in, 2 employees in the store. one busy making smoothies while catching window. Second dude looks at me, walks past me with chips in his hand and says to the guys who 's working, "I 'm going to the dollar store. "So I stood here while the one guy ignored me but was working non-stop on the 1 car in drivethru. Second guy makes it back from the dollar store and still said nothing.The guy working his butt off finally tried to get my attention after all of his stuff was caught up. Decided I didn 't need to spend money with y 'all today.You 're paying too many people if only one wants to work.
Service is always so awful at this location unfortunately. I waited 40 minutes for an online order, and still left the location without my smoothie bowl. Need better quicker customer service!
