Nice people and good service thank you for my order for the first time.

I had an incident with my lunch and I emailed her to inform her about the situation. I received a phone call immediately from the administration who want to know what happens so that the problem could correct. The managers were very professional and also my affairs were serious. I am so glad that the customer service in this place makes a comeback. Very pleased about how they were dealing with the situation. We'll be back. Thank you.

The food was as expected from McDonald's. hate that ypu use a kiosk to order. But I understand that since everyone wants a minimum wage job to pay $15/hour. I have to reduce costs somewhere.

It?s not that difficult to post signs on drive thru or the windows letting people know y?all are closed- even though it says y?all are open 24 hours. It also isn?t that difficult to answer the phone without an attitude.
