Lemonade House Grille - Poplar Bluff

I came across this restaurant in rural Missouri, so I decided to give it a try today. As mentioned in other reviews, there aren’t many good dining options in Poplar Bluff. My waitress was friendly, which was nice. I ordered the peach lemonade, but it was way too sweet for my taste, especially considering the nearly $3.50 price tag. I also ordered the homemade chips; they were decent, but they had some spices mixed in with the salt. A simple salt shaker would be more effective. I tried the Manhattan Burger, and it was tasty overall, but I wasn't a fan of the steak sauce they added. One part of the burger didn't have sauce, and that tasted good, but I'm just not a fan of steak sauce in general.

Absolutely delicious! The menu was fantastic, making it tough to choose just one dish. There's a cow painted on the wall by the entrance that encourages you to try everything at least once, and I would have loved to sit there all day sampling each item. In the end, I settled on the Memphis burger while my husband opted for the Charleston. The idea of putting peanut butter on a burger really won me over. It was an amazing burger! My husband enjoyed his choice as well. I also ordered the homemade potato chips, which were fantastic. My husband had the fries, served with a tasty sauce that was incredibly good. My plate came with a cup of ranch dressing, and I’m not sure what I dipped the chips in, but it was delicious. There was a nice kick to everything! We're heading to Kentucky soon, and it's a shame we won't be able to stop by on the way back; I’m genuinely sad about that, as everything was so tasty, and the service was excellent!

While the lemonades were impressive, the real standout for us was the hamburgers. We've been to many places that boast about their burgers, only to be let down by the same old, bland beef. But not at this restaurant. The burgers were cooked to perfection, and sitting by the beautiful lake while enjoying them made the experience even better. Each bite was unlike any burger we've had before. I regret not taking any photos of our burgers, but I can confidently say they were the best we've ever had.

We stayed on the way back to STL from Arkansas and wow, I was impressed SO! The staff was so friendly and good with my five Kiddos. The food was excellent and the place itself was beautiful. 10/10!

Fantastic everything ! If you're looking for a great family friendly food place with insanely good food this is a must hit spot. Their lemonade ain't no joke! And I don't even really care for lemonade! I'm asking for gallons of this blueberry lemonade stuff lol!
