Fazoli's - Poplar Bluff

I bring my oldest child to this restaurant to catch up over a delicious plate of hot and saucy food. Let me tell you, this place is incredibly welcoming and spotlessly clean! The staff here are fantastic - they are friendly, attentive, and even remember us! The breadsticks are always hot and the tables are always clean. We absolutely love this place and can't wait to visit again whenever we get the chance.

I have been negligent in not writing a review for Fazoli's. I need to do it quickly before my husband finishes all the food. Today we used a buy one get one free offer on lasagna. My husband was pleasantly surprised by the generous amount of meat sauce in his dish. The breadsticks were hot and buttery, not soggy. Our server, Brooke, was attentive and friendly. We always enjoy their fresh and colorful salads. Additionally, they play Christian music which we appreciate. It was nice to have real plates and silverware. Overall, a great meal, atmosphere, and excellent staff. Thank you, Fazoli's!

My husband and I recently returned from this restaurant. We ordered two spaghetti dishes, one with meatballs and the other without. Both had very little sauce, and the one with meatballs had none at all. They were served on small plates. My husband's lasagna was small and not very tasty. We usually tip well and don't complain, but the meal was really disappointing. The salads were good and a nice size. I also ordered mild wings, but they were surprisingly spicy and burned the inside of my mouth, though my husband enjoyed them. I apologize if I sound complainy, but the experience was not great. - Donna

My husband and I love to eat here and the other night we went through the drive through and ordered and we waited but the cashier said we are so sorry but we made a mistake with part of your order and we are fixing it and if you could just pullforward we will have it out to you in about 15 minutes and they did and they also gave a coupon for 5.00 off our next purchase.I want to say to the team and management that was working that night Thank You for seeing the problem that the staff cookingmade and fixed it. You could have easily just put it together handed it to us and it be wrong but you didn't you explained themistake that was made and rewarded us as well. We will be back to eat again. Thank you to all the staff who are working hard andlong hours to make our family a meal in these hard times. I know it is hard to be short handed and no help but you all handledours very well.

The Four Cheese Stuffed Shells were delicious, and as always, the Triple Chocolate Cheesecake from The Cheesecake Factory Bakery was delectable.
