After sitting at the drive-thru menu, waiting to order for 15 minutes. The person at the first window flagged me to the 2nd window. When I approached the window, the cashier leaned out the window and yelled for me to stop. Causing a backup. No one could get to the menu to order or the first window. When I got to the window, I saw the drinks and frosty on the window. Again, I waited for another 15 minutes. I asked for the manager, and the girl just put her hand up and continued to talk to her friends. The total time I was there was 38 minutes. I never accepted the food and drove off the next two cars followed. I would have gone in, but I was traveling through.
I don't know what they wash the floors with, but it was slimey and slippery like an ice ring. Food was decent.
If I could give 0 stars I would. One of the worst possible Wendy’s you can go to. Every time something is wrong I can never get anything from this place without something missing or being completely wrong. I got an Apple pecan salad and instead of chicken it had 3 little pieces of bacon on one side of the salad. It doesn’t even come with bacon. To top it off the service is always absolute garbage they look at every customer like an inconvenience. Like I’m so sorry how dare I be hungry and want Wendy’s? For real this location either needs to hire people who are actually there to do work or close down permanently. I work in fast food so I know. It’s not that hard.
