Roux Brew Seafood And Steak House

We had the flight of cocktails and a chicken pasta dish. They were both delicious. Definitely would recommend.

Roux and Brew is a fun, family-friendly, casual, but a little upscale eatery that often provides local live entertainment. The food and service are consistently good, and prices are reasonable. Outside, covered seating is available. Inside sitting is subdued, and trendy. Overall--a great restaurant that had become one of my regular go-to places to get a great meal at a reasonable price.

This is our favorite local restaurant! As a patron with food allergies, they are happy to accommodate and knowledgeable about cross contamination.

Decided to give this place a try ... 1. Service was great and friendly. He kept our tea glasses full. 2. Atmosphere many TV's throughout the restaurant with different games/Olympics on. A full bar that took up a whole wall. 3. Food My wife had the trout almondine, she enjoyed it. I had the crawfish etouffee with fried catfish. The fish was delicious, but the etouffee was bland. It needed something else spice wise. Overall we enjoyed this restaurant and will definitely be back.

The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and the server was friendly and very patient. The only downside was that I felt quite cold, so I recommend wearing a jacket. As for the food, it was a solid 10/10—I highly recommend it!
