Doo's Seafood Deli - Ponchatoula

I recently visited Louisiana and was eager to try some local cuisine. While I usually find some dishes to be too spicy, that wasn't the case at Doo's. They perfectly balanced the seasoning, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Overall, I’d give them 4.5 stars for their delicious Cajun dishes!

Doo's food used to be much better than it is now, and I find their prices a bit high for what you get. Even before grocery prices started to increase, I felt their offerings were slightly overpriced. That's just my perspective.

This restaurant seems to attract a specific crowd, and I didn’t find the food to be very good. It’s concerning that they are willing to sell anything, including alcohol, to customers using food stamps. Overall, it wasn't a pleasant experience for me.
