Esma - Polomolok

Hi! I kept on searching for the best Shrimp Aglio Olio here in Polomolok since my favorite coffee shop closed way back 2020 because of pandemic. I tasted a lot of Aglio Olio from different stores but there are only few who passed. First is the Mossa Cafe in Davao, Second is Shakey’s Aglio Olio, and finally, Esma’s Aglio Olio. Please don’t remove this pasta from your menu. Been loving Aglio Olio since 2019. 100000000/100

Yes Arianne was with me at Esma Resto last night. With other members of DPS Batch 89. We had a lot of fun. The others missed the company.

Out of all the restaurants I've been to in the Philippines, this one is the one I like the most as of right now. The restaurant is unassuming in appearance, but the food is amazing. They have some of the freshest tasting seafood that I've ever had in my life, and if you like spicy food, their pork sisig is awesome. It doesn't have a musty taste, unlike other pork sisig I've had in the area. The prices are VERY reasonable. Also, this restaurant did an outstanding job catering my sister-in-law's wedding reception.
