Coco Beach Club - POLIGNANO A MARE

We got a spot at the beach terrace and they said it was until 6pm. Around 4:30pm they started folding and carrying the unused sunbeds and umbrellas for an hour. When we told them the constant noise was very disturbing, they stopped for five minutes and then started doing the same thing. It was a very bad experience hearing all this hassle and construction like noise when you are trying to relax by the beach. Very very bad experience.

Horrible staff/management, horrible drinks. They say the closing is at 6pm for the beach, but they start packing everything around you at 4pm. So disturbing when you try to have a rest. When you kindly ask them to do it later they don’t bother answering. Never recommend, it is not worth your money.

One of the worst, overpriced experiences of our trip. Rude and dismissive staff. Rip off Central. And didn't feel welcomed at all. Stay away if you're a tourist

Paid 70Euro for 2 sunbeds. Ok, it’s 20 euro more than Sorrento but ok, maybe they have extra special service? No service. They gave us 2 drinks cards upon entry that didn’t even cover soft drink. They charged me as ‘birre ’ even though I ordered Coke Zero and didn’t have beer. I asked if this was correct and showed the beer specified on the receipt because it’s my first time here and I don’t understand why they would do this and charge me for something I didn’t order instead of using my card for the soft drink. They were very rude and dismissive flipping their hands around and turning their backs. If you are an English speaking tourist and you come here and feel disrespected and ripped off, you have been warned. It’s not about the money, I just don’t want to come here as a customer and be treated poorly and end up feeling miserable in such a beautiful place. It’s such a contrast to our experiences at other beach clubs. I really think they should either charge the tourists and welcome them or have it private for locals only. Why charge tourists a premium and then be awful to them?

Really lovely place to spend a day basking in the sun and enjoying the good life. Will definitely be visiting again on future trips to Puglia
