Eating and service is not as good as before. they missed the food we had ordered.

--- Upon arrival, we experienced poor customer service as we were ignored. I was carrying my baby and waiting for a table, but I noticed a young man walking around clearing tables without acknowledging us, not even to say he would assist us once he was finished. My partner ended up grabbing our own menus and a high chair. Regarding the seating arrangement, there were three adults and one child, and we opted for a square table with four chairs, which turned out to be quite small. We didn't think much of it at the time. When our food arrived, it was overflowing, making it difficult to keep the area in front of the baby clear. The server, who obviously saw our struggle, laughed and remarked on why we had chosen a table meant for three people. We wanted to move, but he didn't seem to care or offer any assistance. However, the ordering process was good and the staff were friendly, which is why I’m giving it two stars. The food was surprisingly disappointing given the prices. I expected better; at least a little toast or something to make the plates look fuller. The biggest letdown was the waffle. It came with maple syrup and ice cream as described, and I requested they serve them separately, which they did. However, the waffle was extremely sweet— it felt like they used an excessive amount of sugar in the batter. Perhaps this is part of their recipe, but it seemed like there was a 50/50 ratio of flour to sugar. I ordered it for my 1.5-year-old, thinking I could offer it without syrup and ice cream, but it was still too much. Lastly, the coffee was not impressive either. The atmosphere of the place is beautiful without a doubt, but overall, I left feeling dissatisfied. --- I hope this captures your sentiments effectively!

Absolutely fantastic! We all ordered different dishes, and each one was delicious. This is true old-school Italian cuisine—the real deal. I highly recommend it after such an excellent meal in a beautiful setting for relaxing with family at Sanctuary Lakes. They also have a child-friendly menu.

I am vegan vegetarian and I am always looking for mushrooms. They are very delicate if they are not fresh smell very bad. Here, I found always fresh mushrooms also avocado. The staff is friendly and waiting time is short. The owner is always looking people are well served. 100% recomendable.
