The Gog And Magog - Plymouth

My man and I usually go to dinner once a week and visit every one for the last 7 weeks I have tried to order cod and chips, and every week we are told that there is no cod. if they don't provide this...Meal anymore, please remove it from the menu. if not, I wish they would order enough cod to feed people eating in the evening instead of just lunch.

No one to check wetherspoons, as it almost the same (shaft and cheerful), but had probably the best more likely in my life, called hogfather! was served by the bag not tap! brilliant drink.

When we arrived at the sunday evening, we were told (and there were signs everywhere that indicated) that they had sold out chips and pizza, as they had “a very busy weekend”. we have ordered and eaten our food. Fifteen minutes later, the table next to us were served chips and pizza?! we are under the impression that they were coworkers, so they received a special treatment

I was a few days before this review. the staff at the door was friendly and showed us on a table (because very busy). we're just waiting for 5 minutes and we have a table. I ordered a steak on the app, which was medium rare and a large cola with a straw. I got my cococs without stray, but I let him go as I suspected they were busy and really forget. my friend also ordered a steak, but medium. both steaks arrived well, my chips were slightly overboiled, and my friends were slightly understated. it seems like a nice place inside and everyone seemed happy, maybe we were just unhappy. I must stress that the personal was friendly.

I wouldn’t normally bother to post a review of a Wetherspoons. You get what you pay for after all. Within reason, yes, but it still needs to edible. I had a mixed grill. Steak thin rare. I would have preferred well done but...wasn’t asked. Lamb steak cold extremely tough. Sausages the best bit tbh. Chips arrived 5 minutes later than the rest of the meal if I hadn’t asked at the bar wouldn’t have arrived at all but still arrived cold. Egg overcooked cold. Peas undercooked cold. In summary the entire meal was simply awful.
