There was a Roach in the pizza box, I have never felt sicker in my life
I ordered a pizza and chicken combo for delivery on Sunday, March 31st during a bank holiday weekend. Despite realizing it was a busy time, my order took around 1 hour and 20 minutes to arrive and it was cold. I contacted the restaurant and was informed that they could only replace the order, but that would also take over an hour. I decided to return the pizza after only eating half a slice and one piece of cold chicken. A driver collected the food and promised a refund within 5 days, but I have not received it yet. The customer service response was unsatisfactory, stating that the issue was "dealt with by franchise." Overall, a very poor experience and I will not be ordering from Domino's again.
The order took more than an hour to arrive, and when it did, the food was barely warm. I called the restaurant to inquire about my order after waiting for about 50 minutes, and was told it was already at my door. However, I ended up waiting at least another 15 minutes for it to finally arrive. I have never had any issues before, but due to the poor customer service and high prices, I will definitely not be ordering from this restaurant again.
I spent £56.96 on a family meal at this restaurant. Unfortunately, my wife's pizza did not have extra cheese and had unwanted chili on it, indicating a confused order. Since it was a collection and we live far away, we were unable to return it. We didn't want to spoil the meal for three people due to a mistake made by Domino's. So, I shared my pizza with my wife and contacted the store afterwards to request a refund for the veggie pizza. The manager informed me that because we had eaten two slices from the incorrect pizza, we could not receive a refund for it. I found this response unsatisfactory and feel that waiting for them to correct the order or for one of us to go hungry was not a reasonable solution. I plan to lodge a complaint and demand a refund from the head office. In the meantime, I will be ordering from Fireaway pizza across the street.
