Five Guys - Pleasant Prairie

I ordered a double cheeseburger loaded with toppings and a small fry, while my wife opted for a grilled cheese and a lemonade. Everything was cooked to perfection, and the cleanliness of the facility was remarkable, including the restrooms. As I always say, a clean bathroom means a clean meal. If the bathroom is dirty, don't eat there! This experience was truly refreshing, especially considering the lack of respect often observed in our interactions with others today. The staff certainly deserved an above-average tip, which we were happy to provide.

I've had my fair share of experiences at Five Guys, and they never disappoint. The staff is friendly, the food is always hot and fresh, and the place is incredibly clean. There's one employee, a larger guy with glasses, who stands out—he's always so energetic and genuinely happy to be there when I walk in. Keep up the fantastic work, everyone!

I wish I could have taken a picture of the food because it was absolutely stunning! If you're a vegetarian, you have to try the grilled vegetable cheese—it’s a perfect 10/10! I also ordered a triple burger with bacon for my husband, and we tried the salad-wrapped cheeseburger. Oh my goodness, it was the biggest meal we've had in a long time! The fries were to die for; I even enjoyed them cold three hours later—totally worth it! The staff was incredibly friendly and sweet; we loved everything about our experience!

Consistently fast and quality food. Their online ordering works great, and the food is almost always just being finished as I arrive. Customized items are accurate, and food travels well for the 10 minutes or so it takes me to get back home. Recently went in for a milkshake, which was fantastic for the price (cheaper than most ice cream places! The milkshake stayed frozen for the entire duration, since they have awesome specialized cups just for their milkshakes.
