Some customers have complained about the prioritization of drive-thru orders, but that’s more of a company policy issue than a problem with the staff. If you manage your order wisely, you shouldn't encounter any issues. For complicated orders, it’s best to go inside. For quicker meals, use the drive-thru or order ahead on your mobile device.

The portion size of the chicken is excellent, featuring a nice thick piece that isn’t dry at all. The batter is crispy, which is a pleasant surprise compared to my previous experiences with McDonald's sandwiches.
