We decided to switch things up on our way back from baseball, but it turned out to be a letdown! When my husband brought home dinner, it was incomplete—an entire meal was missing! As a result, I had to give my dinner to my son, which was frustrating. The food we did receive was quite disappointing: the burger patties were paper-thin, the chicken bites were overcooked, and the loaded fries lacked flavor. Fair enough to say, we won't be stopping at that place again.
I CHOSE this establishment. Chose is the operative word here. I've had two not so good experiences that were not resolved even after contacting the restaurant. A fish sandwich that I had to peel the hard edges off to eat( in the car), and a hamburger that was a complete mess for my mom!
*To the owner that responded, did that as well. No response.This location is horrible. This is our 2nd time visiting here and will not be back. We parked, and I immediately realized I had left my phone because I wanted to order online. The plan was to sit outside and eat with the family. Walked up to the window. No one even acknowledged us. After about 10 mins, I knocked on the order window. There was no answer for about 3 mins, then the pick-up window opened on the other side, and I heard someone say, we will be right with you. Another 3-5 mins passed, and we decided to just use the drive-through because the lines were moving really quickly.Got up to the order board where the automatic lady speaks and said order when ready , so I proceeded. A yelling voice cut me off and said, wait a minute , my husband and I immediately looked at each other in shock ? . So I turned back to the speaker and said, she said to order. I was told that was a recording.A car pulled up in the next line to us and I said, they better not get to order before us. Low and behold, they ordered and drove up to pick up window. Husband and I were in utter shock at this point. Lady then came on and said, Go ahead with order. So we did, drove up to the window.My husband asked for receipt, what was charged was not the price on board and I brought it to the attention of the person, she initially told me it was tax, and I said but there is also tax at the bottom. She said yes it doesn 't make sense to her either. I was like, but that 's not the advertised price I am being charged, she just shrugged her shoulders and a lady in a red shirt screamed out from behind her we 're already at 12mins . I was already over it. So I took the receipt. Started to pull forward, but there was no one behind us in line. We just left.The sprite tasted funny. Not until I got home after finishing it all pouring the ice in my drain, I noticed there was black nastiness in the cup. I said a prayer ?? cause the Lord knows this location needs it.
2 people in front of me in the walk up line walked way. Then I stood there and stood there. The drive through line was going great. They were waiting on them but not the walk ups. After waiting I knocked on the window. No one looked up! Look, walk up is just as important as drive throughs. Put a frigging sign up on the window of walk ups if you're not going to wait on customers!!! You lost 3 customers just in the time I was there. If you're going to be a drive through ONLY post it so you're not wasting peoples timr!!! Very bad customer service.?
