The Village Griddle - Plainville

One of my favorite breakfast places! I always feel so welcomed. The food is terrific that I have a hard time deciding! Blueberry muffins are made fresh and are amazing! Eggs Benedict with the apple sausage is one of my favorites. Love the friendly service and cleanliness.

Great local spot for breakfast. It gets busy during peak breakfast times, so be prepared for a wait. They also do take out, and it's just as good at home!

My friend ate blueberry French toast and loved it. I ordered apple sausage with scrambled eggs. The sausage was overcooked. Fruit cup was so-so. Waitress was friendly and helpful.

When the goochies first reopen as the village griddle, the food was just okay. We went a couple if times and weren't impressed. But we gave it another shot recently and they have vastly improved the quality. If you tried it early on and didn't like it, you might want to give it another chance.

We have been here many times for breakfast. Staff is attentive and friendly, food is always great! The only downside is the coffee isn't really good. But, I get tomato juice and water, and all is good. Love this place!
