Andrew, the worker who made my order today didn’t put my whip cream, my caramel drizzle, my caramel crunch when I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch. So obviously I go back to Andrew and I say this is a caramel frappe. And he proceeds to have the audacity to say “We are all out of caramel drizzle and caramel crunch” and so I’m thinking why would you make me pay a dollar more for something you don’t have. This made me so mad because if I wanted none of that stuff I would’ve ordered a caramel frappe. My god.
I think Starbucks in Target has better service than the one near Lowe's.
