Unfortunately the poutine had very little gravy (only a little at bottom) and semed like fries instead of poutine.. the staff was also out of salt and pepper satchets.

I think the staff are doing their best but there's no one actively managing the team during the dinner rush. It's chaotic at best and the order accuracy is hit or miss. The dining room is in need of a refresh. Worn table tops, torn up booth material, wobbly tables... This location isn't aging very well.
