I give 4 stars because my General Tso Chicken had a lot of dry, tough chicken. However, the chicken fried rice was tasty. They were very generous with the fortune cookies (I received 8)!

Very hospitable always welcoming with smiles, they are suggested and explain the menu with ease and help you to figure out what you'd like for your order if needed, the courtesy of the staff is top notch it's always a joy to talk to them on the phone and to see them when I pick up my order! Large menu selection, complexity of sauces well-executed dishes!!! Great portion sizes each dish if ordered singularly is enough for two meals... I can't say enough about King Shing? I am there every week to order and they know me by name, it is a great joy to have them in our neighborhood. I am sorry I didn't try them sooner ? I can't wait to explore the menu further??The presentation everything about this carryout Asian restaurant is the best everyone should try it!!Vegetarian options: Vegetable Egg Foo Young ! So very well executed, so many vegetables and the complexity of the sauce is amazing! The rice is the best cooked version lights creamy the best I've ever had at a Chinese restaurant hands down for sure!!! This restaurant has good customer service, andprovide good solution options if they mess up something.I usually order beef lo-main extra beef spicy and chicken fried rice with extra eggs and onions and an order of crab ragoon!I feel that the CRAB RAGOON ONLY has its cream filling and NO crab. The front counter workers tell me that it's in there, but you dont taste it... why is it called CRAB ragoon?!....Im allergic to seafood, so I know the taste of imitation crab meat when I taste it.. and it was not present!! This is the ONLY issue that I have at this store, and I've converted to making my own at home.
