I-tea Pittsburg

I always like I-tea, this is the only I-tea around this area. I was on the way to blueberry picking. Came at 11:30am, ordered 2 milk tea and one popcorn chicken. Waited 25min for the order to finish. Popcorn chicken is too dry, you can't taste much of the chicken.

Called in an order on the way. They confirmed order by text and stated they will text back when the order is ready. We got there and waited for the text. We understand they are short staffed these days like everyone else, but the never came. The last time orders took a while but this time it was too long so we went in an checked and wa-lah! the order has been waiting there and they mentioned for a while now. I asked how come you never texted but didn 't get a response and we just proceeded to pay, with most of the ice all melted already anyway.Oh, also, they messed up one of my orders. Labeled according to my order by what 's in the cup is different.It 's also not the first time.

It's a hidden gem, but the teas and service are outstanding. I would definitely return whenever I'm in the area.

It was my first visit, and I wasn't quite sure what to order. I was in the mood for something fruity, and since I was craving mango, I went for a mango frozen drink. I can't remember the exact name, but it was absolutely amazing!

The food was delicious and refreshing, and the staff were incredibly friendly.
