First time coming and decided to try a dirty chai... when they say chai milk, they seem to MEAN chai MILK flavored... it doesnt taste like a latte at all (on their menu it doesn 't say chai latte, but I asked and they told me yeah we do, so 1 chai milk? ... huh??? . So I wouldn 't recommend that if you want a dirty chai or just a regular chai. I do like the space and the vibes though... It 's really nice for hangouts, studies, etc.

Love their shaved ice Korean style. It was the best shaved ice I ever had! Parking: It’s in a strip shopping mall, therefore there are plenty of parking

Love the ambience, but the food quality and options are exactly mid. Not bad, not mind blowing. Bingsu is a little plain with a little too much ice for toppings, but it was pretty good.

I haven't tried any of the food items and deserts yet but the drunks are pretty good. The baristas ate cool and helpful. The owner could stand to relax a bit literally walking around asking people to buy things which is just a bit uncomfortable but understandable bc the space is very welcoming. Great atmosphere& cool music. They’re open until 11pm so get some good work done. This could be your 3rd place. 1.home, 2.work and 3. Coffee by hand. Parking: You may have a little walk bc theres many of businesses in this shopping square.
