Panera Bread - Piscataway

Terrible experience at this Panera Bread. The staff were incredibly slow, and the food was disappointing. I ordered extra cheese, but I'm not sure if what I received was actually cheese. I won't be returning to this location.

I ordered the Broccoli Cheese Bread Bowl, but after a 20-minute wait, I was informed they were out. On the bright side, my husband absolutely loves their soup!

The service here is quite slow. The staff tends to engage in conversations, mainly gossiping, rather than attending to customers. I waited 30 minutes for yogurt that should have been quick to prepare. Additionally, I noticed a guy who ordered his meal just as I arrived to pick up my mobile order leaving before I did. I would recommend avoiding this location.

I'm a Lil tight about my order tonight. I placed an order on line maybe about after 15 to 20 min I went inside they said my order was being delayed there was barely anyone inside I don't know how many to go orders they had but the food was terrible itssoup and salad. They messed my sister's salad up didn't even have half of the items in there my French onion soup was so thickit was chucky like there was beef GRAVYYYY added in. What I'm really upset about my meal came out to $50 for me to fix up my ownsalads soups. Plus you might want to have a better supervision over your night staff the playing around shows in the deliveryof your food hence the reason of this review probably won't be back at that location. Hence the reason your rating are in the3's. Way to much money being spent for unsatisfactory.

Ordered a Napa chicken sandwich to go. Went to eat it and it had a lipstick stain on the top. Like someone had wiped their glove against their mouth and then made the sandwich. Super gross. I called to get a refund, they were super apologetic but theycouldn't so now I'm getting coupons
