Przekaż informację zwrotnąThe food is of good quality, but I’ve noticed that about every 8 or 9 times, something is missing from my order, typically a dessert. Fortunately, the staff is very accommodating and addresses the issue promptly whenever it occurs.
On December 24, 2019, I had lunch with a friend and enjoyed a refreshing passion fruit drink. The broccoli cheddar soup was excellent, and my pasta and avocado bowl was quite tasty. All entrees are priced at $10. However, my experience on November 1, 2019, was disappointing. I should have checked the food before taking it to go. I ordered the Baja cereal bowl and received a smaller portion than I did last time. I was surprised to see that I was still charged $10 for it. On October 12, 2019, I had the Mediterranean bowl with extra feta cheese, along with a side of baguette, which totaled around $10. It felt a bit pricey, but the quality of the food was good. I ordered using a kiosk, so there was no interaction with staff, which meant no opportunities to voice any complaints. The portion size was decent, and the ingredients were fresh, making for a satisfying vegetarian meal.
I had one of the best dining experiences imaginable. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the staff was exceptional. I would especially like to highlight a lady named Erin, who contributed greatly to my experience.
I usually order food at this Panera Bread and food is good. they are fast and good people , but the last time I order, They didn?t customize the food the way I ordered. But the real problem here is that they don?t call your name a lot of times whenyour food is ready. They just say ?ice coffee? and it?s totally unacceptable because they are usually 2-3 people having a sameorder and it turns into a hassle. Sometimes they don?t want to pronounce your name so they simple say ?steak?. It?s a favoritefood at Panera Bread and it?s so common people order it. By saying ?steak? usually 3 people go to the desk and whoever takes itfirst, has the food. It always happens with drinks and I?m so tired of those awkward moments arguing with people that who shouldhalf the ice coffee. Also there is no receipt or anything to prove that?s yours or not, so at least call by name please.
Worse Panera experience I have ever had. My noodle soup was not even properly microwaved, spilled all over the container and the bag, and there was no spoons or forks instead. In addition, the cashier was not the most helpful person. My last visit at thisPanera for sure and maybe Panera in general.
