A hidden gem slightly away from the town center. Well kept, grand building, decorated with authentic furniture and accessories. comfortable and tastefully decorated room, large bathroom. The grounds are amazing including the pool area. The full service spa is tucked away in it's own area hidden within the park like property and the massage was amazing. Breakfast and dinners were excellent. We also had a superb and memorable meal at Piazzetta Milù which is a one star Michelin rated restaurant in Castellammare di Stabia try it!

We spent a glorious 4 days here in June 2023. The hotel is fabulous and staff were exceptional. Special call out to Luciano and Gerano but every one of the staff were truly extraordinary. This is the place to come to relax and rewind. Can’t recommend enough. Will be back. Although a bit away from the town there is a courtesy bus to take you there. Beautiful gardens and the smell of Jasmine is wonderful. Restaurant food matches the rest. Top notch! Treat yourself!

Our family love this hotel, it is our 3rd stay. Hotel staff of Medusa are dedicated to ensure that each guest receives a unique and personalized experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm smile and welcomed like an old friend, staff are always on hand to offer their expert advice and assistance. Medusa Hotel has a beautiful garden that is effortlessly stunning. The garden features a variety of citrus trees, that are blooming in june that creates a magical atmosphere. We love to relax on the comfortable loungers near pool enjoying sun bathing. Outdoor pool servise provided by Salvatore is on hight level. During my stay I would recommend finest restaurant, of Medusa di Charme. The staff were all attentive and professional. Milena and Luciano are extremely professional and welcoming, my experience of this restaurant was superb, and I believe that the excellent work of its manager played a major role in that. Genaro, a master of service with dedication of providing top-notch service and managing team with grace and skill. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, memorable moments are guaranteed for you.

This place was so beautiful and smells like heaven. I had dinner at the restaurant and the food was amazing and delicious.

This hotel is absolutely stunning and the service was 5 star! My husband and I stayed here for a few nights during our honeymoon and the staff was extremely accommodating with any of our needs or wants. I look forward to going back some day!
