I am very impressed with this restaurant, which has exceeded my expectations. I was initially hesitant about trying their food before they opened, but after visiting, I was pleasantly surprised by the updated interior and menu. The establishment offers indoor and outdoor seating, a restroom for customers, and complimentary self-serve water. The service was excellent, and the concept is similar to Chipotle where you can customize your taco, quesadilla, or burrito. The presentation of the food was impressive, and the carne asada quesadilla I ordered with guacamole, pico de gallo, and cilantro was delicious. I also tried the esquite, which was tasty. The meal included complimentary chips that were crunchy and delicious. I also enjoyed the agua fresca drink. I highly recommend this Mexican restaurant to both locals and newcomers.

The freshly made tortillas are delicious, and the meat has excellent flavor. This place is the perfect spot to find authentic Mexican cuisine.

The quesadilla with rice and beans at this restaurant is delicious. Many places only serve a large quesadilla, but here I love that they also include rice and beans with it. I don't eat much in one sitting, so I am very happy with this option.

The food is really good, but the ONLY thing that's wrong with this place is their STEAK. EVERY single bite I took from a steak burrito it had nerve and fat. I tend to go for chicken for that reason, but Jesus please start getting Carne de bola. Like seriously I can even enjoy a steak burrito at this

Fresh made to order corn tortillas were BOMB! The El Pastor was a little on the dry side, but could have just been my timing. The QuesoBirria was amazing. Lots of options to customize your food. I absolutely loved the variety. Well done tacos!
