After my previous experience with the desserts, I decided to give it another try today, and I completely changed my opinion. Everything was fresh, and the staff were just as attentive as my first visit. I didn't give it a full 5 stars because the cappuccino wasn't great, but I definitely plan to go back!
CAO is an excellent bakery! The Croquetas de la Casa are among the best in Miami, and the Toastada is also quite good. Your coffee is consistently perfect, and the Pastelitos are always generously filled with guava. The staff is very friendly, and the service is swift.
