There are some outdoor tables available if the weather is pleasant, but since I was placing a pickup order, the dining area wasn't a concern for me. I ordered a two-slice combo along with an order of six garlic rolls. After about five minutes, my order was ready, and I headed home. It wasn't until I got home and opened my order that I realized what I had received. The pizza was burnt and appeared stale, with a hard crust that resembled a cracker, and there was hardly any cheese on it. The garlic rolls were so tough that I could barely bite into them. To think they charge $30 for large pies is surprising. It had already been a long day, and I didn't have the energy to go back for a refund or to exchange my order. However, I did have the motivation to write this review to warn others, as I regret not trusting my instincts and choosing a different place to eat. I am extremely disappointed.
I ordered from this restaurant for the first time through Slice, and I initially thought I was getting food from the Kendall location, which has nearly five-star reviews. However, I ended up with food from the South Dixie location, which only has 3.5 stars. While the items weren't stale, everything was very cold when it arrived. My son's pizza even had a piece of hair on it. I had requested delivery at 6:45, but my food arrived an hour early. By the time I realized I had ordered from the wrong location, it was too late to cancel. The lasagna was overloaded with meat and cheese and barely had any pasta—almost inedible, really. I think Slice should clearly display location information to avoid this confusion.
If I could give this review a negative star rating, I absolutely would. I ordered a meat lover's pizza and an order of mozzarella sticks. When I say the mozzarella sticks were undercooked, they might as well have sent them to me frozen and told me to cook them myself. The pizza was mediocre at best, and now I have to argue with Uber Eats to get my money back for part of the order because I refuse to pay for anything that is woefully undercooked. Oh, and I ordered extra pepperoni, but I definitely didn’t receive it. If that was considered "extra," I shudder to think what a regular order must be like. Just take a look at those mozzarella sticks and tell me you would feel comfortable serving that to anyone, let alone paying for it.
The pizza and wings were great, staff was extremely kind. If I were to stay in the area would definitely keep coming
I came today to buy pizza and chicken wings and the cashier Artur was excellent super nice different experience compare to yesterday when I was turn down by the two guys with a lack of customer service and told me I couldn?t order inside. They make the business look bad and they make the owner lose money : .
