Trattoria - PIMONTE

This is an absolute gem in Pimonte and not to be missed if you’re driving through or staying close by. The owner is absolutely fantastic and wants everyone to just have a great meal you honestly feel like a grandchild. The food is some of the best we’ve had close by. No frills or fancy get up, this is real Italian food.

Very good food. But best thing is the older man that is the owner. He really want you to smile and takes extremely good care of hia guests. I wish I talked Italian, and get some of his stories. Worth a trip

Amazing food very friendly hosts! Best traditional family restaurant between Capri an Salerno. Typical local rural food. There is no menu and you have to rely on the recommendation of the host and it's worth it. The portions are really big, healthy and delicious. That's how you imagine Italian food. Everybody coming to this area needs to go there, to understand Italian tradition. It is recommended to call before you come. They have even opened the restaurant for us. It was amazing and the people were very friendly. The restaurant is around 50m west from the marking in Google. It's on the left of the pasticeria. There is also a public parking in front.
