The Tilted Ladder - Pilot Mountain

We ate here for lunch. Ordered flatbread pizza and they both were good. We will definitely eat here again.

Stopped here while in Pilot Mountain. Our group had great burgers and wonderful looking salads. Service was quick and friendly.

Visited today for lunch. Waitress was awesome. I had been wanting to visit for awhile. The Onion Peeler and 2 other appetizers were out of stock. Proceeded to order Philly flat bread (lots of choices for sandwiches) they were out of the bread. Ordered Medium Well 4oz Petite. Half was really pink but all of it was barely warm. Did have a good flavor and was tender. My date's lunch (sirloin tips) was not hot either. Will try again and some point.

Next, I tried the Caesar salad with salmon, and unfortunately, it was the worst Caesar salad I’ve ever had. The romaine was finely chopped, and the Parmesan cheese was the dried, shaker kind. While the salmon had grill marks, it lacked that lovely crunchy texture and seemed more like it had been microwaved—definitely lacking in flavor. My husband ordered a burger, and it was fine, but nothing special. However, their house-made chips were outstanding! I really wanted to write a better review since this is a local spot that I want to support. As for vegetarian options, they offer an Impossible Burger and salads. The staff is very nice and accommodating for families, although it is also a bar.
