John Brown's Grill - King

I ordered food for my daughter's birthday party from John Brown's and everything was delicious and ready on time. They are the perfect place for all your food needs and catering. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is great, and they have the best selection of fruits and vegetables, including honey and other goodies. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

I visited this restaurant for the first time in May 2023. I ordered the tenderloin with cream potatoes, squash, biscuit and gravy, and it was delicious! The only suggestion I have is that they should add more tables for customers to eat on site, either indoors or outdoors. They do have benches on the porch. I also took home some potato salad and grape leaf pickles, which were both very good. I ordered small individual chicken pies as well, but I have not tried them yet. Overall, I will definitely visit this restaurant again!

With mama and sister. that is a nice little load in the land at the edge of the town of king. they have large Pimento cheese and chicken salad. I had the 2 hot dog combo today, very good. Look at it when you're ever so high!

The meatloaf was soon good. glad they started having lunch plates now.

Thank the gods for John Brown. They are the closest restaurant to me and I have NEVER belen treated rudely or poorly here. Even when they are busy, they are still awesome. The food is consistent and qualtiy. They have plenty of local Winston Salem product, and prepared foods. I love their smoothies and glad they added them last year. They have about anything you would need for a hike, picnic, proposal or swimming or kayaking trip. This is a great place for fresh meat and cheeses as well. Wide variety of alcohol and soda. Unique gifts and candy. Just the best place EVER.
