Margaritaville Pigeon Forge

Had the crabcake sandwich with a side salad and a mixed drink. The food was delicious ? and my waitress was my birthday buddy from WEST TOWN MALL! We sat and enjoyed catching up. Actually, it was such a beautiful day. I sat outside under an umbrella table and enjoyed the view. They were setting up for live music as I was leaving.

Wow, what a letdown!! I have eaten at the one in Grand Cayman and was excited to join my friends for dinner in Pigeon Forge on a special night to kick off Jeep Invasion. We waited for our table patiently. It took 45 minutes to seat us, which was understandable. What wasn't cool, was the fact that it took the Server 40 minutes to take our order and another 1.5 hours to get our food!! We were about to walk out when the host came and told us that our food was coming right then. ? Of course, we didn't get everything that was ordered. The fries were cold!! AND the Server nor the Manager of duty really cared. My son's small burger was the last thing to come out of the kitchen. ? I will not go back to this Margaritaville!! No one in our party was happy with their food. There were 20 of us. No drink refills, the ones having adult beverages had to go to the bar to get what they wanted. ? Sorry service all around!! Not a good experience at all!

The food and service were great but the prices were way too high for what we got.

Knew from previous visit the food was probably a bust. This time, walked thru restaurant and discovered chill Back bar. Nice open area, with a big bar, and there was live music. And a guy making balloon hats and some neat other balloon things. 5oclock somewhere drink is pretty good. Tried a few drinks, but the frozen drinks are where it’s at. Don’t Stop the Carnival probably be perfect if it had fruit on it like in the picture. But it was still very very good. Parking: Take a trolley, or skip valet and park in the huge parking lots behind the island. Wheelchair accessibility: Seemed pretty accessible, no unnecessary blocking steps or anything. Gets a bit loud indoors

Great atmosphere, great service. Bernard was awesome! Came Back a second time because of him and the tacos while we were in town.
