El Pollo Loco - Pico Rivera

Small location, but great service. Best Loco in the area.

The manager was pleasant, and the food was excellent. The restaurant is very well organized.

Sorry to say but about two weeks ago we bought food here. I would have given a 5 star. Yesterday was a different story. Bought the chicken bowl each time. Unfortunately, yesterday's was not filled to the top with product. Very liquidity! Consistency is important!

The chicken here is really good! The pieces seem larger than what I've had elsewhere, but that might just be my experience. Just a tip—make sure to count your pieces; I was missing two out of the 16 when I got home.

I had an excellent dining experience with delicious food in a clean environment. The management here seems to be top-notch and attentive to details. It’s conveniently located just south of Whittier Blvd on Rosemead Blvd in Pico Rivera. I definitely plan to return when I'm in the mood for their menu. I would advise against the branch in Montebello, as my experience there didn't match the quality of the Pico Rivera location. The difference in quality between the two franchises is definitely a reflection of their management.
