Rooster's - Pickerington

Roosters is an obvious choice in Pickerington. I've visited several locations, and I've never been disappointed. The service is excellent, the food is served hot, and the sports-themed atmosphere is perfect for the area, right up to the professionals! The place always seems to be bustling, and it often feels a bit cramped. It's a fantastic spot to enjoy dinner, catch up with friends, have a few cold drinks, and watch the game.

Host Stand: Upon entering the restaurant, we were greeted promptly by the host. I added my name to the waitlist and was told the wait would be no longer than 10 minutes. To our surprise, we ended up waiting 40 minutes to be seated. When we finally were, we were placed in a small booth—six large, muscular men all over 6 feet tall and weighing around 300 pounds were crammed into a tight space instead of being seated at a table. It was definitely a snug fit, to say the least. Server: Our server was friendly and accurately took our orders, but she did not refill our drinks throughout the hour and a half we spent at our table. At the end of our meal, she asked for payment so she could leave. Food: The food, however, was fantastic, and all the stars in this review go to it. Roosters has never disappointed; I've been to four different locations and they all serve consistently delicious meals. Our food arrived about 15 minutes after ordering. Bathrooms: Unfortunately, the restroom was in disarray. It was evident that no one had cleaned it during business hours. Ambiance: The restaurant was quite loud, making it not the best choice for a first date, but it is a fun place for a meal with friends. With numerous televisions and lively chatter, it creates a casual, enjoyable atmosphere. Overall, while service was lacking, the food was outstanding. We'll definitely be back.

The food was terrible. The chicken was slimy and lacked the BBQ and garlic parmesan sauce I had ordered, making it really dry. The fries were cold and also dry. I won't be coming back.

The place is a joke. Just a job. No advancement. The staff is great. Management sucks. Food is microwaveable.

Never had a problem with roosters until I placed a carry out order 30 minutes before closing. My wings taste as if they were sitting in grease. The wings were greasy and dry. The fries taste as if they were under of heat lamp too long. Very dry. I didn't call to complain only because I live 20 minutes away. Other than that the food was always good. The service has always been great. Just don't feed ur customers dry greasy old food. Which is why I haven't been there since.
